About Us

American Debt Management Services was founded 1996. We are a non-profit 501c3 organization bonded and insured for our client’s protection. In addition we have met the stringent licensing requirements of the NYS Banking Commission, the State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations, we are ISO-9000 certified, and our credit counselors are fully certified by the NIFCE, and required to complete additional continuing education credits annually. Our mission, policy and daily operations are based on continual improvement and quality assurance.

American Debt Management Services is committed to educating individuals on the proper use of credit through budget management. Our mission is to be quality leaders, educators and service providers with in the low to middle income communities we serve.

We offer superior and personalized services which include immediate tangible assistance and continuous education to anyone seeking assistance in a preventative or corrective capacity. Our main objective is to develop financial freedom.

This obligation is shared by each counselor, administrator and manager who posses the tools necessary to act as our client’s agents, advocates, counselors, and educators.
